We deliver your building fully assembled and set it right where you want it, across Michigan and into parts of neighboring states.
How delivery works
We deliver your building fully assembled to your home or business using our state-of-the-art delivery trailers and Mule delivery system. The Mule can go just about anywhere a truck or 4x4 SUV can go, so hills are usually not a problem. We just need clear access to your site, with no trees or fences in the way.
📏How delivery is priced
The length of the building does not affect delivery price, only the width.
- Standard delivery: all 8', 10', and 12' wide buildings (excluding the 12' Carriage House and 12' Klassic)
- Oversized delivery: all 14' and 16' wide buildings, plus the 12' wide Carriage House and 12' wide Klassic

⚠️Before delivery day: clear the path
We need room to maneuver the building to its final spot. Please allow at least 1 foot of clearance on each side of the building, and more room for any turns. Any trees or fences in the path must be removed beforehand (many people simply pull a fence post and move a section the day before).
