Frequently asked questions
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Our current production times are approximately:
- 4-6 weeks for Painted Pro Series buildings
- 4-6 weeks for Vinyl Pro Series
- 4-6 weeks for Vinyl standard buildings (no Deluxe Package)
- 7-9 weeks for Deluxe painted and vinyl buildings
- 7-9 weeks for buildings larger than 14'x24', and buildings with porches or dormers
In-stock buildings deliver in about 1-2 weeks depending on our schedule and weather. Contact us if you have a specific date you need or special delivery instructions.

What is the lead time for On-Site Builds and the FastFrame Garage?
On-Site Builds are currently booked for the 2026 season.
How much do I put down at the time of order?
We require a 25% deposit to start building, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
What happens after I place my order?
We get to work on your building. In the meantime, we recommend prepping your site. A level site is necessary, and ideally 4 to 6 inches of crushed stone makes a solid, long-lasting base. See our site prep guide.
Do these come as kits, or are they fully built?
All of our buildings are fully built, then loaded with modern equipment onto a hydraulic trailer and delivered to your property using our Mule delivery system.
Can I order a building with no floor?
Yes. We can deliver buildings up to 12x16 without a floor so you can set them on a cement slab or other level, solid surface.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver statewide in Michigan, and also to Northern Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio. See our delivery zone map, and contact us for delivery cost.
How long will the building last? Is there a warranty?
All of our buildings come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty, and with proper care they should last well beyond the warranty period. See our warranty details.
What is proper care for my building?
It starts with proper site preparation: a solid, level site that stays dry. Painted buildings should be repainted every few years to keep them looking new, and vinyl siding just needs a light washing every couple of years.
Can you match the colors to my house?
Yes. We can custom match any paint color for an additional $125 per color. We can also match vinyl siding colors for an additional cost. Please contact us for custom vinyl color pricing.
Do I need a permit or special approval?
Permitting rules vary from township to township, and some neighborhood associations have requirements too. We recommend contacting your local township to check for any local restrictions before ordering.
I'm interested in rent-to-own. How much are the payments?
Payments vary based on the price of your building and can be as low as $93 per month. Learn more about rent-to-own.
My credit history has some dings. Is that a problem?
No established credit history is required for our rent-to-own option, and applicants 18 and older are welcome to apply. We may review your past payment or transaction history.
Can I see the buildings in person?
Yes! We have three display lots: Cedar Springs (north of Grand Rapids), Wayland (south of Grand Rapids off US-131), and Ionia (on M-66). We keep a variety of styles, sizes, and colors on display, and all of our lots are open for viewing 24/7 with catalogs on site. See locations and hours.
