How long will it take to get my building?
What are your hours, and can I come look on my own?
Our Cedar Springs and Ionia lots have sales staff Monday through Friday 10-5 and Saturday 10-2:30, closed Sunday. Wayland is a display lot by appointment. Best of all, every lot stays open 24/7 for self-guided viewing, with pricing and catalogs inside each building, so you can walk the lot any time that works for you.
Do you offer rent-to-own?
Yes. Rent-to-own is a rental-purchase option with no established credit history required, available to qualified customers 18 and older. Your initial payment gets your building built and delivered, you make monthly rental payments, and you own the building once it is paid in full, with an early purchase option that saves you money if you pay it off sooner. Do you deliver, and how much does delivery cost?
Most of our buildings are Amish-built and delivered fully assembled across Michigan. Delivery distance and your site conditions affect the cost, so a team member will confirm the details with you. Can I design a custom building?
Absolutely. Use our free 3D Designer to choose your size, style, siding, roof, doors, windows, and colors and see it come together, or stop by any lot and we will help you spec it out. Browse our color options too. You can buy outright or rent-to-own.
Do I need a permit?
Permit rules vary by location, so please confirm with your local city, township, county, or HOA before ordering. We are glad to provide exact building dimensions and specs for your application, and our Site Prep page covers how to get your site ready.
