Every building is backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturer defects and building issues. If something is not right, contact us and our service team will help get it taken care of.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not happy with your standard building, our 90-day money-back guarantee has you covered. We want you to be confident in your purchase.
✅What the warranty covers
The 10-year manufacturer warranty covers manufacturer defects and building issues. Just reach out and our service team will help arrange any needed repairs.
The warranty does not cover problems caused by customer modifications (for example, rodent or moisture issues that result from changes made to the building). In those cases we may still be able to help, with a possible service charge.
📋How the 90-day money-back guarantee works
The guarantee applies to standard-sized buildings delivered within our Zone 1 delivery area, including buildings with normal options and modifications.
- Before delivery: if you change your mind, you can get a full refund of your deposit.
- After delivery: if you are unhappy within 90 days, we may replace the building or pick it up and refund you.
Extremely custom or high-dollar builds generally do not qualify, and for oversized or out-of-area buildings, additional shipping or restocking fees may apply. We are always happy to walk through the details with you before you order.
