The Painted Chalet Deluxe takes the standard Chalet design and gives it a more finished, residential look. It is ideal for customers who want a unique backyard building with a cleaner roofline, upgraded trim details, and better curb appeal.

The Deluxe Package upgrades the look and roofline with your choice of 30-year architectural shingles or a metal roof, roughly 4-inch overhangs, MiraTEC roofline, window and corner trim where applicable, upgraded doors where applicable, and Deluxe half-round vents.

This version is the better choice when the building will sit close to the house, near a driveway, beside a patio, or anywhere looks matter almost as much as storage. It keeps the practical function of the standard model while making the exterior feel more custom and complete.
