The Painted Cape Cod Dormer is a premium series storage building built for high-end storage or hobby space. It comes with painted Duratemp T1-11 siding, double doors, 4 windows (includes dormer), and practical sizes from 10', 12', 14', 16'.

The Painted Cape Cod Dormer is a strong fit for customers who want high-end storage or hobby space without overcomplicating the project. Expanded Cape Cod design with dormer for additional interior space and natural light. It is available in 10', 12', 14', 16' widths and is built with 7' sidewalls and an approximate 12' peak height, giving it a practical footprint for everyday Michigan storage needs.

Standard features include painted Duratemp T1-11 siding, double doors, 4 windows including dormer, metal or shingles roofing options, gable vents, and 3/4" floor decking. The framing and floor system are designed for real backyard use, not just looking good in a catalog photo.

Like every Cedar Rock Barns building, it can be ordered in standard color combinations or customized with available options, then delivered fully built where site access allows.
