About the EPO credit: the percentage shown is how much of your eligible rental payments already made is credited toward the building's original cash purchase price if you choose to purchase early — it does not mean you pay that percentage of the remaining balance. Example: on a 24-month agreement, after $1,000 in eligible payments, 70% ($700) would be credited, so a $5,000 cash-price building would pay off at about $4,300.
