About the EPO credit: the percentage shown is how much of your eligible rental payments already made is credited toward the building's original cash purchase price if you choose to purchase early — it does not mean you pay that percentage of the remaining balance. Example: on a 24-month agreement, after $1,000 in eligible payments, 70% ($700) would be credited, so a $5,000 cash-price building would pay off at about $4,300.

*This advertised transaction is a rental-purchase agreement (RTO). The total of all payments does not include taxes, optional fees, or other charges (e.g., late fees). You do not acquire ownership or equity in the merchandise until you have paid the total amount necessary to own it or exercised your early purchase option (EPO). By choosing the EPO, you may reduce your overall cost. Ownership is optional. No established credit history is required to get started; we may review your past payment or transaction history. Delivery fees may apply. Free Delivery is limited to new standard-sized buildings in Zone 1; additional charges may apply for oversized or challenging deliveries. Advertised rates and terms apply to new merchandise in Michigan only; some exclusions may apply. Taxes, fees, late charges, delivery charges, security deposits, and other non-rent charges may not count toward the EPO credit; the exact payoff amount should always be confirmed with us before payment.
