2027 Price Lock

Lock in 2026 pricing. Order by November 30.

Our Amish builders have told us their prices are going up for 2027. We don't have the final number yet, but it sounds like 5% to 10%. Order by November 30, 2026 and you keep this year's price, whether you want your building now or in the spring.

Two ways to order

• Delivery now: standard 25% deposit. We deliver all winter. If there's snow on the ground, we just need a clear path to the spot.
• Delivery in spring: put down just 10%, and we'll deliver in the spring when you're ready.

If your plans change

A spring-delivery deposit is 100% refundable. Just let us know before delivery.

The only exception: if the building price (before tax and delivery) is $20,000 or more, the 10% deposit is non-refundable once the order is placed, because the building is built just for you.

The fine print

1. Price lock. Orders placed with a deposit by 11:59 p.m. on November 30, 2026 are priced at our 2026 prices, even if the building is delivered after the 2027 price increase.
2. Delivery now. Standard 25% deposit. We deliver all winter, weather permitting. In snow, we need a clear path to the building site. We'll confirm the details when we schedule.
3. Delivery in spring. 10% deposit, and we deliver in the spring when you're ready.
4. Refunds. If your plans change, your spring-delivery deposit is 100% refundable. Just let us know before delivery.
5. Buildings of $20,000 or more. If the building price (before tax and delivery) is $20,000 or more, the 10% deposit is non-refundable once the order is placed, because it's built for you.
6. Changes. Color and trim changes are free before the building is built. A change in size or style is a new order at the price in effect on the day you change it.
